Our vision

We envision a future where every athletic program is fully supported by a complete sports medicine team, every athletic trainer has the resources they need to succeed, and every student-athlete competes in the safest environment possible.

The CHART Framework

Through the CHART program, our nonprofit delivers a strategic framework for community success—integrating professional medical oversight, elite performance access, and holistic athlete wellness to ensure every competitor in Douglas County has the resources to thrive.

What is an Athletic Trainer?

Athletic trainers (ATs) are highly skilled, multi-credentialed health care professionals who provide preventative services, emergency care, clinical diagnosis, therapeutic intervention, and rehabilitation of injuries and medical conditions. Unlike personal trainers, ATs follow a medical model and work under the direction of a physician to ensure every athlete returns to play safely and effectively.

Why it Matters for Douglas County?

By placing two full-time ATs in your schools, you aren't just checking a safety box—you are providing a professional medical infrastructure that:

Reduces Liability: Professional oversight protects the school and the coaches.

Saves Families Money: On-site rehab means fewer expensive co-pays at off-site clinics.

Elevates Performance: Healthy athletes play longer and perform at a higher level.
