Jeff Katzoff
PT, DPT, LAT, ATC, CSCS
Executive Director

Jeff’s career has been defined by a singular mission: ensuring athletes at every level have access to the highest standard of medical care. While he has spent years treating elite performers—in the NFL and MLB, as well as San Diego State Aztecs, and the U.S. and Canadian National Field Hockey teams—his true passion lies in bringing that professional-grade expertise to local high school sidelines.

As a dual-credentialed Athletic Trainer and Physical Therapist, Jeff possesses a deep clinical understanding of the student-athlete journey. His extensive background as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and his specialized certifications in Trigger Point Dry Needling and Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) medical evaluation allow him to view athlete health through a holistic lens—from injury prevention to peak performance.

As Executive Director, Jeff leverages his experience as the owner of Synergy Sports and Rehab to bridge the gap between high schools and the medical community. He founded this non-profit out of a firm belief that a student-athlete's zip code or school budget should never determine the quality of their healthcare.

By building robust outreach programs, Jeff is dedicated to placing qualified athletic trainers in every school, ensuring that "the pros" aren't the only ones with a world-class medical team in their corner.

"Every student-athlete deserves a professional advocate for their health. We aren't just providing a service; we’re setting a new standard for safety and success in high school sports."
